TOTAL E&P UGANDA LIMITED an Oil and Gas exploration and production company (in its capacity as the Operator
of Contract Area 1 and Licence Area 2 North referred to as ‘’Company’’, invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing Financial and Business Capacity services as part of the Tilenga
resettlement process for the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) under the Resettlement Action Plans 2-5 (RAPs
2-5) covering Villages in Buliisa, Kikuube and Hoima Districts in the Albertine Graben Region of the Republic of
Uganda.
The Financial and Business Capacity services will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- 1.Alternative Vocational Training and Job Seeker Support
- 2.Small Business Support within the Tilenga Project area
- 3.Monitoring and evaluation of the beneficiaries from these interventions
Interested companies who meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the services
listed above, should request for a pre-qualification questionnaire by sending an email (No attachments are
required in this email) to: EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@total.com on or before 17h00 Kampala time on 24th March, 2021. Upon receipt of the request, pre-qualification questionnaire will be sent through TOTAL official
e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA. Submission of pre-qualification questionnaires through TOTAL official e-sourcing
platform SAP-ARIBA should be done on or before 17h00 Kampala time on 31st March, 2021.
